You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

How to Use
Insert a full or partial bar of soap into the pouch.
Wet thoroughly under running water.

Natural loofah may have slight color or texture variations. These are normal and do not affect use.
Due to the hygienic nature of our loofah-based skincare and bath products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened items.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
To request a return, please email us at info@ecoloomcare.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Please note that all opened, used, or final-sale items are non-returnable.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states from our warehouse in Oregon.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Estimated delivery time for standard U.S. shipping is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
